Mustang Construction has been the general contractor for commercial projects from restaurants, to multi-tenant buildings, to large owner/operator buildings. We have developed four industrial parks in the Western suburbs of Chicago.

Mustang Construction works hand-in-hand with owners with the financing and planning of a project, site selection, and completion of the final punchlist items. Mustang Construction employs qualified project managers to manage any construction project you may request. We are fully involved with the owner in all phases of the project:

• civil engineering/site preparation
• reviewing of the blue prints
• the bidding process
• selecting the subcontractors
• scheduling and coordinating the work
• punchlist completion

We are responsible for planning and organizing the construction project from the time the order is placed until the occupancy permit is issued. This involves utilizing raw materials and subcontractors to construct commercial-industrial, office buildings, and concrete custom homes according to customer specifications. Adherence to quality standards within established time frames is of primary importance.
